It was the Caliph Umar ibn al-Khattab who said "...[there is] no unity without leadership, and no leadership without obedience." The people of any place under any government must be unified through a common leader that they, in return, must obey to remain unified. The Foundation believes that Presley is the potential leader to carry through that unification. Opportunities will be made for the people to partake in events and have a say in the Student Council.

But, the Foundation also promotes a democratic government. Presley intends to establish a Jamahiriyat, as outlined in Muammar al-Gaddafi's The Green Book. In this system of government, the voice of the students would be amplified within the Council and allow them a direct say in matters rather than relying on the admin-sanctioned polls or surveys.
